Everything ARM and LPC

Given that there are only so many hours in a day for researching, I'd like to get some feedback as to which Cortex M3 families you think provide the best bang for the buck. You can define that any way you want - features, price, breadth of family, documentation, etc. I liked NXP's ARM7 family, but their M3 offerings seem skimpy, at least at the low end. I've been spending time with the ST32 Discover board and ST seems to have a wide variety of offerings. What else should I be looking at, IYO?

On the low end of the scale, the STM32F100 line is hard to beat as they are priced comparable (or less) than some 8-bit devices. On the high end, the FreeScale Kinetis stand alone in terms of price/performance/features for now, although they are Cortex-M4 and not M3 (ST has also recently announced their M4 line).
