hi

i want to make portable device with ARM9 and i use 3.7v 2000 mAH poly-lit battery.
i need to 4.3" or 5.6" or 7" LCD touch screen Module that be low power
i found 4.3 inch TFT touch screen Module:

But I do not know where to buy it!

the best choice:
4.3" psp LCD

my other portable device uses from DSP core and my project is medical device
my device is like the below picture:

but i don't know how to drive PSP LCD!
in this picture, it has been drived by Spartan 3e:

i have not worked with FPGA.
Spartan 3e is good choice? (I want a reliable Fpga)
or do i use from ARM7(lpc2478) to drive it?

It would be much simpler to use a LCD with integrated controller, or a uC with integrated LCD controller: no FPGA, only software, lot of examples, simple hardware,.....

Some evaluation boards with LCD available on Ebay.
