I've already finished the at91sam9g20 TFT LCD dev kit (prototype).
There is no LCD controller in at91sam9g20 but I think it can run better than the at91sam9261.
are you interested in at91sam9g20 ?

I would like create a LCD interface, what is the better solution to implemented this ?
which IC have you used for this interface.
