Hi,
I want to buy the LPC2294 board and use the gnu compiler (C/C++). Is it sufficient to use the Philips Flash Loader and program the mcu via the ARM/JTAG adapter? Is there some expericence with this configuration available?

I believe the LPC chips come preloaded to interface with the Flash Loader. All you need is a serial connection. The ARM-JTAG is a good backup programmer incase things get corrupted.
