Re: Really Old Servos

 by CircuitSmarts ¦  Sat Feb 09, 2019 7:21 am ¦  Forum: Arduino ¦  Topic: Really Old Servos ¦  Replies: 3 ¦  Views: 173

I have 3 really old servos from an Airtronic Vanguard FM radio system from the late 80's (maybe early 90's), brand new and never used, that I would like to hook up to an Arduino for a project... Does anyone know if they work the same way as the "modern" ones, ie Power / Ground / Signal on the 3 (bl...

Re: AS7262 Visible spectral sensor but I just need the Red

I'm attempting to retrieve only the red wavelength data off of the AS7262 Visible spectral sensor but not having the greatest luck modifying the sample code. Sample code 1 gives you a list of different functions that can be implemented and one of those include "int getRed();" but I cant figure out ...

Re: Driving SSR with Arduino MKR1010

I received my 40 amp SSR ( Fotek ) a couple of days ago. According to several write ups the Arduino should drive the SSR directly. Well that's not quite the case. After connecting the MKR1010 to the SSR ( similar to the one sold by Sparkfun ) I activated the pin to drive the SSR but the 110 VAC lig...

I have created a solar cell datalogger using an Arduino, a light intensity sensor module, SD card module, INA219 current/voltage sensor, and a temperature sensor. Coding all of this is not the issue, but I just want to confirm as to if the attached circuit makes sense and will work (i.e. things won...

Hi there, I am having trouble with my Arduino communicating through processing. I ever dumbed down the code far enough to a hello world program and all it is doing is returning null so I know for sure there is some issue. Can anyone help please? import processing.serial.*; Serial myPort; // Create ...

Hi, You can use atTiny85 board with minimum number of pins and write simple code for getting your required output. If you want to mass produce the product then attiny sounds quite cheap. https://www.ebay.com/itm/ATMEL-Microchip-Technology-DIP-8-ATTINY85-20PU-Tiny85-20PU-CHIP-IC-/352513583167 I hope ...

Hi, If you just want to turn ON and OFF the module using switch then you can connect the ground pin of the power source with the NO pin of the SPST switch and common pin with Arduino GND pin. For more detail you can visit this page. https://sites.google.com/site/wayneholder/pushbutton-power-on-off-f...
