Re: i wrote a code can some one look it over?

Well, first I will assume this is for an Arduino of some sort. A Sync problem normally means you do not have the Arduino IDE setup properly. Perhaps the wrong COM port or the wrong board type. It could also be a wiring problem if you are not using a board with a build in USB like the minis or micros...

I would highly recommend downloading the software library from Atmel. The library support device drivers for most of their peripherals on both SAM and AVR products. There are even samples to go with each. Based on your compiler, you may need to adjust the code, but for the most part the library uses...

Schematic? Of the inside of the unit or how to connect it? If all you want is to use it, then black wire to ground, red wire to the supply. If you want the inside, that is much more difficult. It might have a current regulator, over temp lock out, and other things. They are unlikely to publish the i...

Whenever things work by hand and not in an automated way, I look for a few things. 1) Are my strings terminated the way the receiver wants them to be. Is \r the right terminator? 2) Is my script sending stuff too fast for the receiver to process. Try adding some delays between each line. Start crazy...

A place I go to for inspiration is www.servocity.com. Lots of mechanical, servo, motor, and control parts.

I have no affiliation with them.

I am also experiencing rearing and other artifacts when printing. I THINK it has to do with writing to the OLED memory at the time the OLED is using it to update the screen. I am trying to figure out a way to update memory during 'blanking' times. Have you made any headway on the problem? Are you us...

I am working on a telemetry package for my AVC robot. I want to be able to do the following with the data after a run with data logged to memory cards. At some point it might be nice to do the following with live data from an Xbee or similar. 1) Provide VCR like controls to play the data forward, re...

I was able to contact Futaba today and they let me purchase a few replacements at $1.60 each. Seems the part was custom made and the logo is an F for Futaba.

Help to identify potentiometer

This pot came out of a Futaba RC transmitter. There is a dead spot and I would like to repair rather than replace a $100 unit.
Can't seem to find any information on the part including the manufacturer. Anyone recognize this logo or the part?

I would think at this scale, the accuracy of the bearings might be the biggest concern. Any wobble, side play, runout, or asymmetry might ruin your object.

You say you are running this outside. Exactly where and how? If you live in a northern city and place on the north side of a building then you may simply not be receiving enough satellites to compute a fix. None of the satellites are circumpolar. This leaves a gap of coverage due north for northern ...

When entering into debug mode, the first breakpoint I set I get no immediate error. As soon as I try to step or run, it tells me my breakpoint (a software on) is not going to work because my code space is FLASH. Thank you Eclipse/GDB, tell me something I don't know! Using the command line tools is a...

I am trying to get a tool chain installed that will allow me to program and debug an AT91SAM7S256 chip. So far I have Yagarto, Eclipse, and OpenOCD installed. I can compile and download to the board. I have even gotten GDB running, but I am not able to set breakpoints. With the SAM7, the code runs o...

What type of sound are your trying to localize? If it a sharp sound like a gun shot or a rumble like an electric motor or something else? How far apart are the microphones? Do they have good response at the frequency you are listening to? I had an experience with a project at work where we found loc...
