And dust -proof is important for PCB milling too.
See how crazy this guy did to prevent debris from entering Z axis.

I thought you could use the laser (CO2 type?) to cut the stainless steel. No sure how thin your laser beam can be focused.

You will need a power supply and a RS232 chip.

Have you got the issue all figured out?

Is the via created by the machine? They all look small.
A few more questions:
1. How do you secure good contacts on the vias.
2. Any experience on Solder-ability of the PCB without paste-mask on top of copper?

Microchip does have one powerful wireless module to be released which will have 4000 ft range. The price should be in the US$13-2x range.

This is an interesting project. Do you have more photos, videos to share?

No doubt on that. Microchip is designing some 4000 ft wireless module, and should be released soon. The budget price is between US$13-2x at 2.4 GHZ.

Do you have a few photos? A machine can make both PCB and stencil, that's very good, isn't it?

The new one is super expensive, how about the used ones?

wow, that's an excellent job on noise damping.

Is there a standard through-hole plating kit available?
