Questions relating to designing PCBs

Hi,
I'm trying to implement the 6x6 matrix in:
http://www.leobodnar.com/products/BU0836/

I have the scheme but I don't know how to translate into pcb.

Could anybody port this into a something that I could print?

Thanks a lot

This is not a good design. Driving LEDs
without ballast resistors is bad practice.

You are asking someone to design a PCB
for you? Or, do you plan to fab the PCB yourself
and need the PCB layout photo artwork?

I don't see any LEDs there; that's a keyboard matrix...

I need a pcb design with these 36 (32 + hat switch) diodized (not led) matrix button to attach to my Leo Bodnar for mi DIY purposes.

I haven't the knowledge to draw it into a pcb. I search anybody who know how to (in eagle, Kicad or something similar... a jpeg is also useful of course!) and then I will make the pcb DIY.

Thanks for the answers!

I liked the schematic at http://www.leobodnar.com/products/BU0836/. All it needs are connectors. To make a PCB from the schematic you need to choose switches, and you need to decide what grid/spacing the switches will be on (i.e. 0.5" apart). The diodes can be 1N914 or 1N4148. A ribbon cable would connect the switch PCB to the BU0836 PCB. Designing this board using EAGLE would be simple (contact me via PM).

Yes the scheme there is that I need but in pcb layer for printing (and isolate)

I didn't need the button layer because I prefer the 36 pairs of pin connector (or sometjing similar) to attach cables.

In this way more people will be helped and everybody is free to make his own prototype.

When you are sure, then draw your own particular pcb.

The Leo buo X version is it (with more resolution)

Thanks again!

The OP asked me if I'd do it for him, and I came up with this layout in an hour or so:

Here's the schematic:

I'm not sure if it is what he wants, but it won't take long to change it. I used Pulsonix, of course. The autorouter has done quite a good job.

[Edit] He's making his PCB at home, so I made it a single-sided board. Here is the artwork:

Did you make the PCB OK? It can be tricky getting the top-bottom registration correct so I usually make single-sided boards.

I'm involved in a few projects and I will done various pcbs at time.

Maybe the first I will do it singled. As far as I give some pics I will share with the community.

Thanks a lot!
