I've found this great IC from austriamicrosystems
Its the AS1130 and its a 132 LED driver which comes in a 28-pin SSOP package, and I would love to be able to use it but I can't figure out which pins are necessary and all that, I think you guys understand it way more than I do. Please can you make a breakout for it so I can get to making the most awesome LED stuff that humanity and all lifeforms across the universe shall see.

if you just have problems with software: a brief software for AS1130 LED driver is already available:

Also since it seems you dont know in detail how the AS1130 is working this link might be useful:

It explains very basically how the crossplexing is done.

If you are asking for a shield, this would be a nice idea as it is a great LED driver, but only available in SSOP-28
